According to the report, Mastellone is open to a partnership or the incorporation of a new partner. For Arcor, an alliance with Mastellone would represent its entry to the dairy industry. Arcor's proposal might include the participation of France-based Groupe Danone (Euronext Paris:BN), with which both Arcor and Mastellone are partnered in different ventures, the report stated. In 2014, Mastellone reported losses of over USD 500m.
