German investment fund Aquila Capital launched an investment strategy in Spanish real estate market until 2019, as reported through a press release on 19 November 2015. This strategy will focus on construction of residential housing and conversion of existing properties in residential property in the metropolitan areas of Madrid and Barcelona. Aquila Capital expects to obtain a return on investment of 155% to 177%.

El fondo de inversión alemán Aquila Capital lanza una estrategia de inversión en el mercado inmobiliario español hasta el año 2019, según ha comunicado la propia entidad en una nota de prensa el 19 de noviembre de 2015. La estrategia estará centrada en la construcción de complejos de viviendas residenciales y la conversión de propiedades existentes en inmuebles residenciales en la regiones metropolitanas de Madrid y Barcelona. Aquila Capital espera obtener un retorno total del 155% al 177%. |
