O Governo de Angola está à procura de soluções alternativas de financiamento para projetos de infraestruturas, segundo publicou o Angonotícias em 17 de outubro de 2016, citando ao Ministro da Energia e Águas de Angola, João Baptista Borges. De acordo com a notícia, o governo angolano busca uma solução para os fundos suspensos do Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Económico e Social (BNDES). Angola quer fundos para financiar as obras no Polo Agroindustrial de Capanda, o aproveitamento hidroelétrico de Laúca, o alteamento de Cambambe, e a segunda central da barragem de Cambambe, em Angola, realizadas pela empreiteira brasileira Odebrecht. |
