The family of Delano entrepreneurs confirmed sale of Chilean mining company Andes Airon, and hired a foreign investment bank, whose identity was not disclosed, as financial advisor, and law firm Carey as legal advisor. Prospective buyers' names were not disclosed. Andes Iron is controlled by the Delano family with 80% of the capital , the Garces Silva family with 15%, and a group of executives control the remaining 5%; in which Iván Garrido, the company's CEO, hold the majority stake.

La familia de empresarios Délano ha confirmado la puesta a la venta de la compañía minera chilena Andes Airon para lo cual ha contratado los servicios de asesoramiento de un banco de inversión extranjero cuyo nombre no se ha hecho público y de la firma legal chilena Carey. Por el momento se desconoce el nombre de posibles compradores. Andes Iron es propiedad en 80% de la familia Délano, 15% de los Garcés Silva y, el 5% restante, de un grupo de ejecutivos, donde la mayor participación es de Iván Garrido, presidente ejecutivo de la minera. |
