Andersen Global, a San Francisco, California-based accounting firm, may be close to acquiring Spain-based law firm Olleros, reported Expansión on 9 February 2017, citing industry sources. Andersen entered Spain in 2015 with the acquisition of law firm Global Abogados, specializing in legal and tax advice. Thus, the possible integration of Olleros would be through Global Abogados, the report stated. Olleros has offices in Madrid and Valencia. In 2016, it recorded revenues of EUR 11.6m, 20% more than the previous year and increased its workforce to 150 professionals.
