Andersen Tax, a San Francisco, California-based tax firm, announced its partnership with Ralón, Orellana & Asociados, a Guatemala-based law firm, in a press release issued on 8 September 2016. Andersen Tax has integrated Ralón, Orellana & Asociados to its network of global firms. The firm launched operations in Guatemala in June 2015, with the integration of Trust Consulting (see related intel). Andersen Tax CEO Mark Vorsatz noted the integration complements the tax services it already offers in Guatemala.
