Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais (Anbima) will apply a new classification to real estate funds, as published by Valor on 22 September 2015, citing its vice-president of real estate products, Rodrigo Machado. New terms enter into force, which are more objective and clarifying regarding strategy and asset portfolios, offering precision to assess the risk and return on investment , as well as suitability of profile and needs. The new classification for the segment is scheduled for 1 October 2015.

Entram em vigor termos mais objetivos e esclarecedores sobre estratégia e ativos dos portfólios, proporcionando mais precisão para avaliar o risco e o retorno da aplicação, além da adequação ao seu perfil e necessidade. A data marca a estreia da nova classificação para o segmento é 1 de Outubro de 2015. |
