A Amorim Energia, empresa do grupo Amorim Investimentos dedicada à produção e comercialização de energia elétrica, estaria buscando um assessor financeiro, segundo publicou o Jornal de Negócios em 26 de setembro de 2016. De acordo com a notícia, a Amorim Energia teria negociado a assessoria com o Bank of America como conselheiro na venda de uma participação na Galp Energia (Euronext Lisboa:GALP), porém, a instituição financeira não assinou o contrato. O contrato não teria sido assinado por conta da ligação da Amorim Energia a Isabel dos Santos. A Amorim Energia é detida pelo empresário Américo Amorim (55%) e a angolana Esperanza - controlada pela Sonangol e que integra no capital Isabel dos Santos - (45%). |
