América Móvil (BMV: AMX), a Mexican telephone operator, is selling its 21.1% stake in KPN (Euronext Amsterdam :KPN), a Dutch company that offers ICT solutions, as reported by Infosel on 17 July 2015. América Móvil's president, Carlos slim, was interested in acquiring KPN to sell it later, but he finally dismissed the deal.

América Móvil (BMV: AMX) operador mexicano de telefonía móvil, pone a la venta su paquete accionarial de 21,1% que posee de la compañía KPN (Euronext Amsterdam :KPN), empresa dedicada al desarrollo de soluciones en el ámbito de las TIC´s con sede en Países Bajos, según ha publicado Infosel el 17 de julio de 2015. El presidente de la compañía América Móvil, Carlos Slim, estuvo interesado en la adquisición del 100% de KPN, pero finamente lo desestimó, para más tarde poner a la venta su participación en la empresa. |
