Amérian Hoteles, an Argentina-based hotel chain, is expanding and plans to arrive in Paraguay, reported La Nación on 11 July, 2016, citing director, Fernando Gaido. Gido noted the company plans to promote a new two-star hotel business model, called Ítem, which will offer a cheaper service and will set up in small and medium cities of Argentina's interior. The chain's expansion plan may also include Paraguay, where it would enter for the first time, and Uruguay, where it already operates a hotel in Montevideo.

Amérian Hoteles, cadena hotelera argentina, se encuentra en expansión y planea su llegada a Paraguay, según ha informado La Nación el 11 de julio de 2016, citando al director de la cadena hotelera, Fernando Gaido. En concreto, Gido ha estimado que la firma planea promover un nuevo modelo de negocio hotelero de dos estrellas denominados Ítem, que ofrecerá un servicio más económico y se establecerá en ciudades medianas y pequeñas del interior de Argentina. El plan de expansión de la marca también incluiría un proceso en Paraguay, donde llegaría por primera vez, y en Uruguay, donde ya opera con un hotel en Montevideo. |
