La sociedad de private equity Ambar Capital ha lanzado un fondo de EUR 50m para invertir en empresas que combinan crecimiento económico con la solución de problemas sociales. El nuevo vehículo, el Vivergi Social Impact Fund, ha sido apoyado por el ICO, Gala Capital e inversores privados.

El Vivergise caracterizará, según explica la sociedad, por invertir entre EUR 0,5m y EUR 6m en organizaciones con ánimo de lucro, pero cuya finalidad es promover mejoras sociales.
