Altra Capital, a London-based infrastructure financing consulting company, and Peru-based consulting company El Dorado Investments signed a cooperation agreement, reported Gestión on 12 August, 2015. The agreement is based on a program that includes a period of creation and development of abilities in Peru, followed by an instruction stage to put knowledge into practice, aiming to identify and build pilot public-private projects. The program will include planning, design, management, and operation principles for infrastructure and public-private projects, as well as the implementation of the best international practices.

La británica Altra Capital y la peruana El Dorado han firmado un acuerdo de cooperación, según ha publicado el diario Gestión el 12 de agosto de 2015. El acuerdo entre Altra Capital y El Dorado Investments se basa en un programa que incluye un periodo de creación y desarrollo de capacidad en Perú seguido por una etapa de instrucción donde las regiones pondrán su conocimiento en práctica, con el fin de identificar y construir proyectos pilotos de asociación público-privada. El programa contemplará principios para planificar, diseñar, gestionar y operar infraestructuras y programas de asociación público-privada , así como la implementación de las mejores prácticas internacionales. |
