O grupo luxemburguês Altice, após a aquisição da Cabovisão e da Oni, está a estudar cenários de consolidação, através da aquisição de participações de controlo no mercado português de telecomunicações. O grupo está atento a tudo o que seja passível de consolidação no mercado, desde que tenha interesse para o vendedor e também para a Altice, do ponto de vista estratégico. A Vodafone, a Zon Optimus e até a Portugal Telecom/Oi são possíveis candidatas a aquisições. |
