Aliansce (BMFV: ALSC3), a shopping center management company, is seeking acquisitions to expand in the short term, reported Reuters on 25 November 2016, citing the CEO Renato Rique. In Apimec's meeting with investors and analysts, Rique said that Aliansce could seek partners to acquire the 35% stakes Shopping Leblon, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, held by General Growth Properties (NYSE:GGP). Aliansce could also sell non-core assets to help financing new acquisitions.

A Aliansce (BMFV: ALSC3), dedicada à gestão e exploração de uma rede de centros comerciais, está buscando aquisições no setor de shopping centres, como forma de estimular a expansão no curto prazo, de acordo com notícia publicada na Reuters em 25 de novembro de 2016, que cita o presidente-executivo da empresa Renato Rique. Em encontro com investidores e analistas da Apimec, Rique disse que a Aliansce poderia buscar parceiros para comprar em conjunto a participação de 35% que a General Growth Properties (NYSE:GGP) tem no Shopping Leblon, no Rio de Janeiro.
