Alatur JTB, a business travel company based in São Paulo, appointed Eduardo Kina as its new President, as published by Valor Econômico on 21 October 2015, citing Eduardo Kina. Ferreira, Carpinelli and Balsamão, the founding partners, who were in executive roles, will now join the the Executive Board. Eduardo Kina should implement a short and medium-term investment plan, which entails a BRL 40m investment, until 2018. Of which BRL 27m will be invested in acquisitions and the remaining BRL 13m will be used in technology.

A Alatur JTB, que tem sede no estado de São Paulo e que se dedica ao segmento de viagens corporativas, tem a Eduardo Kina como novo Presidente, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 21 de outubro de 2015, citando ao próprio Eduardo Kina. Ferreira, Carpinelli e Balsamão, sócios fundadores da empresa que desempenhavam funções de comando, agora fazem parte do Conselho Executivo da empresa. Eduardo Kina deverá implementar o programa de investimentos de curto e médio prazos que prevê um investimento de BRL 40m até 2018, sendo que BRL 27m serão investidos em aquisições de empresas e o restante, BRL 13m, será utilizado em tecnologia. |
