Aguas Santiago Norte, a Chile-based mineralized water bottling and distribution company, appointed Mauricio Johnson Undurraga as president, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 25 May, 2016. In a board meeting, the company also appointed Gustavo Johnson Undurraga as vice-president. Both executives will take office from the date of the announcement.

Aguas Santiago Norte, empresa chilena dedicada al embotellado y distribución de agua mineralizada, ha designado como nuevo presidente a Mauricio Johnson Undurraga, según ha informado la compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros de Santiago el 25 de mayo de 2016. En la sesión ordinaria del directorio de la compañía también se ha designado a Gustavo Johnson Undurraga como vicepresidente, quienes ejercerán el cargo a partir de la fecha de anuncio. |
