Aernnova, a Spain-based aeronautical group held by Switzerland-based venture capital firm Springwater Capital, delayed its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which could be worth around EUR 1bn, until the end of 1H17, reported Cinco Días on 3 November 2016. The company postponed the IPO this year given the uncertainty which arose following 'Brexit'. STJ acts as financial advisor in the transaction; Citi (NYSE:C), Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), and Santander (BME:SAN) are global coordinators; and Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), BBVA (BME:BBVA), and Deutsche Bank (FWB:DBK, NYSE:DB) will participate as book runners.

Aernnova, grupo aeronáutico español participado por la entidad de capital riesgo Springwater Capital, retrasa su salida a bolsa para finales del primer semestre de 2017, con una valoración que podría estar en torno a los EUR 1.000m, según ha informado Cinco Días el 3 de noviembre de 2016. La compañía aplazó su salto al mercado este año por la incertidumbre tras el 'Brexit'.
