Advent International Brasil, a financial company, and the travel agency CVC Brasil (BVMF: CVCB3) would be interested in Via Varejo (BVMF: VVAR3), reported Estadão on 9 February 2017. Grupo Pão de Açúcar announced its intention to sell its company in November 2016 (see Intel related). The sale is progressing and it is expected to receive non-binding offers by March 2017. Banco HSBC, Rothschild and Banco Santander (BVMF: SANB11) would be advising the sale of Via Varejo, which has other stakeholders among private equity funds and strategic investors.

A Advent International Brasil, que atua no setor financeiro e a agências de viagens CVC Brasil (BVMF:CVCB3), estariam interessado na Via Varejo (BVMF:VVAR3), segundo publicou o Estadão no dia 09 de fevereiro de 2017. O Grupo Pão de Açúcar anunciou a intenção de venda da companhia em novembro de 2016 (ver Intel relaconado). O processo de venda da empresa está avançando e espera-se que ofertas não vinculantes sejam recebidas já em março de 2017. O Banco HSBC, a Rothschild e o Banco Santander (BVMF:SANB11) estariam assessorando a venda da Via Varejo, que tem ainda outros interessados entre fundos de private equity e investidores estratégicos. |
