Según la consultora internacional KPMG, las recientes reformas estructurales provocarán un incremento en la actividad de fusiones y adquisiciones en México, sobre todo en los sectores de energías renovables, infraestructura, bienes raíces, salud e industria automotriz. Con menos dinamismo, también se producirán transacciones en el sector financiero, en el de consumo y en las telecomunicaciones, según ha comunicado KPMG. |
