Abengoa seeks support from international funds to finance infrastructure projects

Abengoa (BME: ABG) CEO, Santiago Seage, announced the company will create an alliance with international funds to finance global infrastructure projects, as reported by newspaper Expansion on 24 June 2015. The company will look for agreements similar to the one with EIG Global Energy Partners, through which the two companies created Abengoa Projects Warehouse (APW 1) that finances Abengoa's construction projects, currently underway. Some of the possible candidates for such partnerships includes: The Children's Investment Fund (TCI), Blackstone (BX NYSE) Actis and AMP Capital.

El consejero delegado de Abengoa (BME: ABG), Santiago Seage, ha anunciado que la compañía se aliará con fondos internacionales para abordar proyectos de infraestructuras en todo el mundo, según ha comunicado Expansión el 24 de junio de 2015. La compañía buscará llegar a acuerdos similares al alcanzado con EIG Global Energy Partners, mediante el cual ambas sociedades han constituido la sociedad Abengoa Projects Warehouse 1 (APW 1), que financia la construcción de proyectos de Abengoa que ya están en curso.
