La empresa multinacional española Abengoa ha anunciado su intención de llevar a cabo una desinversión parcial en Abengoa Yield, con la venta de un máximo de 10,6 millones de acciones, mediante una Oferta Pública Secundaria. En términos porcentuales, Abengoa, que cuenta con un 64% del accionariado de Abengoa Yield, se plantea la venta de un máximo de un 13%, con el fin de no reducir su participación en la entidad por debajo del 51%. |
