Abengoa (BME:ABG), a Spain-based technology operator in the infrastructure sector, plans to sell assets worth EUR 421m, reported EFE on 16 August 2016, citing Abengoa CEO Joaquín Fernández de Piérola. Specifically, Abengoa plans to carry out divestments for EUR 285m in 2016 and EUR 136m in 2017, as part of its restructuring plan. In August 2016, Abengoa reached an agreement with its creditors, banks, and funds for the restructuring and recapitalization of its financial debt (see related intel).

Abengoa (BME: ABG), empresa española dedicada a la gestión tecnológica en el sector de infraestructuras, planea la venta de activos valorados en EUR 421m, según ha informado EFE el 16 de agosto de 2016, citando al consejero delegado de Abengoa, Joaquín Fernández de Piérola. En concreto, Abengoa pretende abordar desinversiones por EUR 285m en 2016 y por EUR 136m en 2017, según el marco de su plan de reestructuración. En agosto de 2016, Abengoa ha alcanzado un acuerdo con sus acreedores, bancos y fondos, para la reestructuración de su deuda financiera y su recapitalización (ver Intel relacionado). |
