Abengoa (BME:ABG) Board of Directors appointed Gonzalo Urquijo executive chairman, Joaquín Fernández de Piérola CEO, Victor Pastor Fernandez CFO, and David Jiménez Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), announced the company in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores on 23 November 2016. Together with Urquijo, Manuel Castro Aladro, José Luis del Valle Doblado, José Wahnon Levy, Ramón Sotomayor Jáuregui, Javier Targhetta Roza and Pilar Cavero Mestre will form the new Board of Directors, as independent members. Lastly, the board approved the company will be organized around two committees, the Executive Committee and the Management Committee.

El consejo de administración de Abengoa (BME: ABG) ha nombrado a Gonzalo Urquijo nuevo presidente ejecutivo, a Joaquín Fernández de Piérola como Director General, a Víctor Pastor Fernández como director financiero y a David Jiménez-Blanco a cargo de la dirección de Estrategia y Reestructuración, según ha informado la compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores el 22 de noviembre de 2016. Junto con Urquijo, el nuevo consejo de administración estará formado por Manuel Castro Aladro, José Luis del Valle Doblado, José Wahnon Levy, Ramón Sotomayor Jáuregui, Javier Targhetta Roza y Pilar Cavero Mestre, como consejeros independientes. Por último, también se ha aprobado que la sociedad esté organizada en torno a dos comités, el comité ejecutivo y el comité de dirección. |
