Synopsis

Spanish technology company Abengoa (BME: ABG.P) may have signed a preliminary agreement with banks to carry out a capital increase valued at EUR 650m, as published by Cinco Dias on 25 August 2015.

The banks are Crédti Agricole, HSBC and Banco Santander. However, sources close to the deal inform a definitive agreement has not been signed, and that Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup could also participate in the deal.

La firma tecnológica española Abengoa (BME: ABG.P) podría haber firmado un preacuerdo con los bancos colocadores para la realización de una ampliación de capital valorada en alrededor de EUR 650m, según ha publicado Cinco Días el 25 de agosto de 2015.

Estas entidades serían Crédti Agricole, HSBC y Banco Santander. Aun así, fuentes de la operación aseguran que todavía no se ha firmado el contrato definitivo y que Bank of America Merrill Lynch y CItigroup también podrían participar en la operación.
