Spanish multinational Abengoa could be negotiating the acquisition of a 50% stake in Helioenergy Electricidad Uno and in Helioenergy Electricidad Dos. The company already controls the remaining 50% of the capital. The two companies own thermosolar plants in Spain. Initially, these companies were included in E.ON's sale of E.ON España to Macquarie Groupo and to Kuwait Investment Authority (see related transaction). However, E.ON announced sale closure of E.ON España, stating these companies were not transfered. Negotiations could continue in parallel to Abengoa's negotiations.

La multinacional española Abengoa podría estar negociando con E.ON la adquisición del 50% de las entidades Helioenergy Electricidad Uno y Helioenergy Electricidad Dos, de las que posee el otro 50%. Ambas empresas son titulares de plantas termosolares en España. En un primer momento estas entidades fueron incluidas en la operación en la que E.ON vendía E.ON España a Macquarie Groupo y a Kuwait Investment Authority (ver transacción relacionada). Sin embargo, E.ON anunció el cierre de la venta de E.ON España haciendo hincapié en que no se habían traspasado estas sociedades, por lo que aún podrían continuar las negociaciones de forma paralela al proceso de negociación de Abengoa. |
