Abengoa (BME: ABG), a Spain-based energy company, announced changes to its board, appointing Santiago Sage as CEO, in a press release published on 19 May, 2015.

The change follows the resignation of the CEO of Abengoa Yield (see related Intel).

Manuel Sánchez, the previous CEO, will carry on as Abengoa's vice-president and join the international advisory board.

La empresa energética con sede en España Abengoa (BME: ABG) ha anunciado cambios en su Consejo de Administración, nombrando como nuevo consejero delegado de la compañía a Santiago Seage, según ha informado la compañía en una nota de prensa el 19 de mayo de 2015.

El cambio se ha producido por la renuncia como consejero delegado de la compañía Abengoa Yield. (Ver Intel relacionado)

Manuel Sánchez seguirá ejerciendo sus funciones como vicepresidente primero no ejecutivo de Abengoa, y se incorpora al Consejo Asesor Internacional.
