A ANP, agência brasileira reguladora do setor de petróleo, está estudando uma flexibilização das regras dos contratos de licitação de exploração de petróleo, segundo publicou o G1 em 14 de abril de 2016, citando à diretora-geral da ANP, Magda Chambriard.

A ANP já tinha citado que ia estudar uma forma para aumentar a atratividade de leilão para pequenas petroleiras (ver Intel relacionado).

De acordo com a notícia, o estudo, que engloba novos contratos e contratos da rodada zero e de um a dez, passa por análise jurídica para ver se estas mudanças são possíveis ou não.
