Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), Brazil's regulator of the oil industry, announced the list of approved bidders for the 13th round of exploratory blocks tender in a press release issued on 9 September, 2015. In total, there are 37 bidders from 17 countries. Of the 37, 22 are foreign and 15 are Brazilian. Some of the companies are Colombia-based Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), US-based ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM), China-based CNOOC, Japan-based Mitsui & Co (TSE:8031). Brazil-based Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3, PETR4, PBRA; BMAD:XPBR, XPBRA; NYSE:PBR, PBRA), and the Brazil-based subsidiaries of Portugal-based Galp Energia (Euronext Lisboa:GALP), Norway-based Statoil (Oslo Børs:STO), UK-based BP (LSE/NYSE/FSE:BP), Shell (Euronext Amsterdam:RDSA; LSE:RDSB) and Premier Oil, Thailand-based PTTEP (SET:PTTEP), Russia-based Rosneft, and Angola-based Sonangol. The tender is scheduled for 7 October and includes 266 blocks in 10 basins, distributed in 12 states.

La Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), regulador de la industria petrolera en Brasil, ha anunciado la lista de empresas aprobadas para participar de la ronda 13 de licitación de bloques exploratorios en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 9 de septiembre de 2015. En total, son 37 las empresas interesadas y provienen de 17 países. De las 37, 22 son extranjeras y 15, brasileñas. En la lista se encuentran la colombiana Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), la estadounidense ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM), la china CNOOC, la japonesa Mitsui & Co (TSE:8031), la brasileña Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3, PETR4, PBRA; BMAD:XPBR, XPBRA; NYSE:PBR, PBRA), y las filiales brasileñas de la portuguesa Galp Energia (Euronext Lisboa:GALP), la noruega Statoil (Oslo Børs:STO); las británicas BP (LSE/NYSE/FSE:BP), Shell (Euronext Amsterdam:RDSA; LSE:RDSB), Premier Oil, la tailandesa PTTEP (SET:PTTEP), la rusa Rosneft, y la angoleña Sonangol.
