ANASAC, a Santiago, Chile-based agricultural supplies distributor, announced the resignation of CEO Eugenio de Marchena Guzmán and three board members in a filing published by Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 29 May, 2015.

De Marchena handed in his resignation in a board meeting held on 29 May. The board appointed Mario Lara Essedin as the new CEO. He will take office on 1 June.

Board members Eugenio Gúzman Valdés, Deborah Nun Bitrán and Carlos Gana Barros also submitted their resignations.

The board has decided to hold an extraordinary shareholders assembly on 26 June, 2015, to dissolve the board and elect new members.

ANASAC, distribuidora de insumos agropecuarios con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la renuncia de su CEO Eugenio de Marchena Guzmán y de tres directores en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 29 de mayo de 2015.

De Marchena presentó su renuncia durante la sesión de directorio del 29 de mayo. El directorio ha designado a Mario Lara Essedin como nuevo CEO, quien asumirá el 1 de junio.

Los directores Eugenio Gúzman Valdés, Deborah Nun Bitrán y Carlos Gana Barros también presentaron sus renuncias como director titular y directores suplentes, respectivamente.

El directorio ha fijado una junta extraordinaria de accionistas para el 26 de junio de 2015 para renovar el directorio en su totalidad.
