ADIF, Junta de Compensación Méndez Álvaro Norte I (JCMAN-1), and Repsol (BME:REP), based in Spain, launched an auction of a land plot in Madrid, located in Méndez Álvaro St., of a minimum of EUR 27m, announced ADIF in a press release issued on 5 July, 2016. The land plot, which is 2,107 square meters and has a capacity for building of 14,859 square meters, is jointly owned, so ADIF has a stake of 42%; Repsol, of 21.5%; and Junta de Compensación de Méndez Álvaro Norte I, of 36.5%. The three entities decided to launch the joint sale of the plot to improve marketing efficiency and to take advantage of synergies.

ADIF, la Junta de Compensación Méndez Álvaro Norte I (JCMAN-1) y Repsol (BME: REP) han sacado a subasta por un precio mínimo de EUR 27m un terreno de Madrid, que se ubica en la calle Méndez Álvaro, según ha informado ADIF en una nota de prensa el 5 de julio de 2016. La parcela, que cuenta con una superficie de 2.107m2 y una edificabilidad de 14.859m2, es de titularidad compartida, de forma que ADIF tiene una participación del 42% sobre la propiedad, Repsol otro 21,5% y la Junta de Compensación de Méndez Álvaro Norte I, el 36,5% restante. Con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia en la comercialización y aprovechar las sinergias, las tres entidades han decidido realizar una operación conjunta para vender la parcela. |
