A companhia brasileira Sete Brasil, construtora de sondas de perfuração para a exploração de petróleo e gás, terá que procurar três investidores diferentes por exigências que lhe impôs a Petrobras (BVMF: PTR3; BMAD: XPBR; NYSE: PBR) que não quer que a Sete Brasil seja a detentora única do contrato pelo qual vai ser a operadora de 15 navios-sonda. A notícia foi publicada pelo Valor Econômico no dia 30 de julho de 2015. A parceira com a Petrobras surgiu da necessidade da Sete Brasil de obter recursos após o BNDES rejeitar a opção de conceder-lhe um crédito e faz parte do processo de restruturação da empresa. |
