A GuardeAqui, empresa focada na locação de espaços para armazenagem ("self storage") da qual o empresário americano Sam Zell é sócio, anuncia hoje a criação de joint venture com o Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners (AIP), denominada GA Fundo I. A joint venture será um dos vetores para o crescimento projetado pela GuardeAqui até 2018. A expansão demandará investimentos de BRL 800m a BRL 1bi até 2018. A GuardeAqui somente investiu capital próprio até o momento, mas à medida que expandir sua atuação, poderá captar recursos, além disso, ela poderá desenvolver empreendimentos por meio da joint venture ou separadamente. |
