1nKemia (BME: IKM) Board of Directors reached an agreement to carry out a capital increase for approximately EUR 3.8m, between capital and issuance premium, as published by the company through a relevant fact submitted to Alternative Market MAB on 15 June 2016. The objective of this capital increase is to face strategic challenges, such as developing and strengthening its international subsidiaries, strengthen the international expansion and carry out new technology investments, among others.

El Consejo de Administración de 1nKemia (BME: IKM) ha acordado analizar una posible ampliación de capital de la sociedad por un valor aproximado de EUR 3,8m de euros, entre capital social y prima de emisión, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) el 15 de junio de 2016. El objetivo de llevar a cabo dicha ampliación es afrontar los retos estratégicos de la sociedad, como desarrollar y fortalecer las filiales internacionales, potenciar el proceso de internacionalización o realizar nuevas inversiones tecnológicas, entre otros. |
