There were 167 deals in Peru year-to-date, worth a combined USD 4.4bn, according to the 2025 annual report published by TTR Data.

The report provides annual analysis of the Peruvian M&A market and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates.
