Through the creation of SRS Global (Angola, Brazil, Macau, Malta, Mozambique and Singapore), as well the creation of a strong network of international relationships with third parties, we aim to extend our experience, expertise and services globally so as to ensure that we can respond efficiently to complex issues with global implications.

Angola

We are a full service law firm capable of advising the largest companies and financial institutions on all their legal requirements in any sector or practice area.
The firm covers all sectors but has extensive experience in the energy, financial institutions and mining sectors in particular. In addition to the lawyers permanently based in Luanda, a Partner from SRS Advogados is based with the firm in Luanda in order to support clients and facilitate the provision of advice. Additionally, Partners and Associates from SRS Advogados are rotated in and out of Luanda on a regular basis.

The Lisbon office provides back office support to the lawyers in Luanda and there are four Angolan qualified lawyers based in the Lisbon office who provide further support to the team based in Luanda.

Mozambique

In partnership with Bhikha & Popat Advogados. Based in Maputo, the firm focuses on corporate, commercial, finance, litigation, M&A, projects and tax. The firm covers all sectors but has extensive experience in the insurance, financial institutions, infrastructure and real estate sectors in particular.

As with the modus operandi in Angola, Partners and Associates from SRS Advogados are rotated in and out of Mozambique on a regular basis and the Lisbon office provides back office support to the lawyers in Maputo.

Macau

In partnership with Manuela António, Lawyers and Notaries.

The practice was founded in 1986 by Manuela António and evolved steadily to become one of the leading firms in Macau, with extensive experience and a tradition of excellence. Large enough to handle complex cases, yet being able to maintain a close personal relationship with its clients, the firm is well suited to provide legal services of any kind, as well as to represent both local and foreign individuals and corporations.

Singapore

In January 2017 SRS Advogados established an office in Singapore headed by an Australian qualified lawyer having practised with leading international firms in Australia and Singapore.

The opening of this office demonstrates the importance that SRS Advogados attributes to the greater Asian region as a whole, especially in the context of Asian investment in Portugal and the Lusophone world, and demonstrates the commitment of SRS Advogados to developing and enhancing relations between the Lusophone world and Asia.

Brazil

In partnership with Veirano Advogados, a leading Brazilian law firm, since 2001.

This partnership has increased the capacity and reach of SRS Advogados in Latin America and in the dynamic Brazilian market in particular. Veirano Advogados provides legal advisory services across the whole spectrum of law linked to business activities, with specialised teams able to handle the simplest matters through to the most complex cases requiring the involvement of professionals from various practice areas.

Malta

In partnership with leading Maltese firm Mamo TCV Advocates. The firm offers an unparalleled depth and breadth of legal expertise in a variety of different practice areas.

Based in Valletta, the firm is recognised by the most prestigious international legal directories as a top-tier global legal practice. The Malta practice brings a heritage of over 40 years of legal advice to a wide base of local and international clients, and over the years, Mamo TCV has also contributed actively to developing Malta's commercial and corporate legislative framework.
