iContainers, a Spanish company, is negotiating with national and international private equity firms to carry out a capital raise of EUR 5m, enabling it to enter Holland, Germany and United Kingdom markets, in March or June, as published by newspaper Expansión on 18 January 2016. iContainers, based in Catalonia and founded in 2008 by Ivan Tintoré and Carlos Hernández, is an online shipping company, has subsidiaries in Miami (United States) and Ahmedabab (India). These three new markets are part its international expansion strategy.

La empresa española iContainers podría estar en conversaciones con firmas de private equity nacionales e internacionales para llevar a cabo una ronda de financiación por importe de EUR 5m que le permitiría entrar en tres nuevos mercados: Holanda, Alemania y Reino Unido, a partir de marzo o junio de 2016, según ha señalado el diario Expansión el 18 de enero de 2016. iContainers, empresa catalana online de transporte marítimo, fundada en 2008 por Iván Tintoré y Carlos Hernández, ya posee delegaciones Miami (Estados Unidos) y Ahmedabab (India).La búsqueda de nuevos inversores formaría parte de la estrategia de expansión e internacionalización que está siguiendo la compañía. |
