Wamos, a Spain-based tour operator controlled by private equity firm Springwater Capital, is contemplating the possibility of growing through the acquisition of a company, reported Hosteltour on 7 March 2017, citing Wamos Air, Tours and Circuits CEO Enrique Saiz. Specifically, the company's goal is to grow in touring, aiming to diversify its business to not be limited to Caribbean products and cruises. Wamos Air, the most profitable division, closed 2016 with a turnover of EUR 120m, while Wamos Tours reached EUR 80m. Looking ahead to 2017, the company expects profits in all its divisions.

Wamos, turoperador de viajes español controlado por la firma de private equity Springwater Capital, valora la posibilidad de crecer mediante la adquisición de alguna compañía, según ha informado Hosteltour el 7 de marzo de 2017, citando al director general de Wamos Air, Tours y Circuitos, Enrique Saiz. Según lo publicado, el objetivo es crecer en turoperación. La compañía persigue diversificar el negocio para no limitarse a productos de Caribe y cruceros. Wamos Air, la división más rentable, cerró 2016 con una facturación de EUR 120m, mientras que Wamos Tours alcanzó los EUR 80m. De cara a 2017, la compañía prevé beneficios en todas sus divisiones. |
