A Vitacress Portugal, empresa com sede em Beja e que atua no setor alimentício, pretende entrar na Noruega, Suécia e Dinamarca, segundo publicou o Jornal de Negócios no dia 25 de abril de 2016, citando ao Diretor Geral, Luís Mesquita Dias. A Vitacress Portugal reentrou no mercado do tomate através da integração dos 13 hectares de estufas da Horticilha. Segundo a notícia, para a empresa, cujas vendas ascenderam a EUR 23m em 2015, este é um regresso ao sector tomateiro, depois de uma curta experiência há três anos que acabou por não ter seguimento. Entre 25 e 29 de Abril, no âmbito do Portugal Fresh, a Vitacress participa numa missão à Escandinávia, que passa também por Suécia e Dinamarca, onde considera mercados com grande potencial de consumo e interessados em produtos biológicos. |
