O leilão da marca, três fábricas na Bahia e dos contratos com cerca de 40 franqueados da calçadista Via Uno deve ser realizado em fevereiro de 2015. Caso não apareçam interessados para as fábricas num prazo de 12 meses, seus equipamentos poderão ser oferecidos individualmente, informou o administrador judicial Laurence Bica Medeiros. A venda de ativos é decisiva para evitar a falência da empresa, que pediu recuperação judicial em setembro de 2013. |
