Vinci Capital, a Brazilian investment fund managed by Gilberto Sayão, informed its employees that he will no longer be the company's president. Alessandro Horta will take over this role, who has been in charge of the private equity division. Sayão will remain as chairman of the board and plans to focus on other activities as well. These include administration of Vinci's businesses in the United States.
