Ziloti Holding, a company that holds a 84% stake in Uro Property Holdings Socimi, gave the order to an investment bank to study possible share exchange, as published by the company through a relevant fact submited to the Securities Alternative Market MAB, on 19 May 2016. This decision is the result of the interest of some of the current shareholders Uro Property Holdings Socimi to sell, as they were forced to convert debt into equity, which was carried out in 2014. The main shareholders of Uro Property, either through Ziloti Holding or not, are: Santander, with 22.7%; Atisha Holding, with 18.9%; Phoenix Life Assurance, with 14.6%; CaixaBank, with 14.5%; BNP Paribas, with 9.2%; and the remaining capital is divided among private investors and international organizations.

Ziloti Holding, sociedad que posee el 84% del capital de Uro Property Holdings Socimi (MAB: YURO), ha dado la orden a un banco de inversión de estudiar posibles cambios accionariales, según según un hecho relevante remitido al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) por la propia socimi el el 19 de mayo de 2016. A este respecto, el diario Expansión señala en una información del 19 de mayo de 2016 que la entidad financiera contratada es Citi Corporate and Investment Banking. Esta decisión, que podría llevar a una ampliación de capital de la compañía, se produce ante el interés de algunos de los accionistas actuales de salir de Uro Property Holdings Socimi, ya que entraron forzados por la conversión de deuda en capital, que se efectuó de 2014. Los principales accionistas de Uro Property, ya sea a través de Ziloti Holding o no, son: Santander, con un 22,7%; Atisha Holding, con 18,9%; Phoenix Life Assurance, con un 14,6%; CaixaBank, con un 14,5%; BNP Paribas, con un 9,2%; y el resto del capital se reparte entre inversores privados y entidades internacionales. |
