Rockwell Collins aims to become a high-level DSE (strategic defense company) in Brazil, to carry out deals in the defense segment, through partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions. The company will invest BRL 7m to expand its facilities in São José dos Campos, which will double in size. The objective is to offer new engineering and client services capacities in Latin America, as well as increase the number of commercial and military aviation projects.
