Spanish telecommunications company Euskaltel could have hired UBS and JP Morgan to coordinate the initial public offering to sell 48% of the capital. The company's value could reach EUR 1.5bn. According to financial sources, private equity funds Trilantic and Investindustrial, which invested EUR 198m in Euskaltel in December 2012, could be chosen to sell their stake to carry out the Initial Public Offering. (see related transactions) Two years ago, Euskaltel was vlaued at EUR 600m, and today its value ranges between EUR 1.35bn and EUR 1.5bn, with a gross profit of approximately EUR 150m.

La empresa española de telecomunicaciones Euskaltel podría haber contratado a UBS y JP Morgan como coordinadores de la oferta pública de venta del 48% de su capital. La valoración de la compañía podría alcanzar la cifra de EUR 1.500m. Según fuentes financieras, los fondos de private equity Trilantic e Investindustrial que invirtieron en Euskaltel en diciembre de 2012 sean los elegidos para vender su participación, que fue adquirida por EUR 198m para llevar a cabo su salida a bolsa.
