Tricot, a Chile-based retailer of clothing and other accessories, may have selected LarrainVial and BTG Pactual as financial advisors to coordinate its Initial Public Offering (IPO), reported Pulso on 16 February 2017, citing sources familiar with the matter. While there is no concrete date for the IPO, which was previously suspended in 2014, Tricot's intention would be to resume the transaction during 2017, when it must register in the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (SVS), the report stated. The raised funds would be used entirely to finance the company's expansion plan.

Tricot, compañía chilena dedicada a la venta y distribución de ropa y otros accesorios, habría seleccionado a LarrainVial y BTG Pactual como asesores financieros para coordinar su salida a Bolsa, según ha informado Pulso el 16 de febrero de 2017, citando fuentes cercanas al asunto. Si bien no hay una fecha concreta para la salida a Bolsa, suspendida anteriormente en 2014, la intención sería retomar la transacción durante 2017, cuando deben inscribirse en la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (SVS). Los fondos recaudados irían a financiar en un 100% su plan de expansión. |
