Mexico's ministry of transport and communications (SCT) declared the tender for the second level of La Raza-Indios Verdes-Santa Clara raised highway deserted, reported El Financiero on 13 November, 2015. According to the report, the proposals submitted by the consortium of Mexico-based Omega and Caabsa Constructora, and by Portugal-based Mota-Engil (Euronext Lisboa:EGL) were not considered solvent, given they were under the MXN 6.5bn estimated for the project. Omega and Caabsa submitted a proposal for MXN 5bn and Mota-Engil, for MXN 4.2bn.

La Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes ha declarado desierta la licitación del segundo piso del viaducto La Raza-Indios Verdes-Santa Clara, ha publicado El Financiero el 13 de noviembre de 2015. Según lo publicado, las propuestas presentadas por el consorcio de las mexicanas Omega y Caabsa Constructora, y por la portuguesa Mota-Engil (Euronext Lisboa:EGL) no se han considerado solventes, dado que han estado por debajo de los MXN 6.500m estimados para la obra. Omega y Caabsa han presentado una propuesta por MXN 5.000m y Mota-Engil, por MXN 4.217m. |
