Former congressman Jorge Bittar was chosen by the Minister of Communications, Ricardo Berzoini, to become president of Telebras. The company had already announced changes in its management model (see related radar). Jorge Bittar will formally take office after shareholders approval at General Meeting, probably on 24 April. Bittar's main goal will be to make the company breathe to keep the telecommunications infrastructure on the market. In 2014, the company recorded a liability in the balance sheet of BRL 117m.

O ex-deputado Jorge Bittar foi escolhido pelo ministro das Comunicações, Ricardo Berzoini, para assumir a presidência da Telebras. A empresa já havia anunciado mudanças no modelo de gestão (ver radar relacionado). Jorge Bittar que será formalizado no cargo pelos acionistas em Assembleia Geral, provavelmente a do próximo dia 24 de abril, terá como principal missão mostrar fôlego para se manter no mercado de infraestrutura de redes de telecomunicações. A empresa registrou um passivo no balanço de 2014 de BRL 117m. |
