Techint, an Argentina-based developer of technology for the oil and gas industry, is said to be seeking a partner to acquire 55% of Gasoducto Sur Peruano (GSP) from Brazil-based Odebrecht, reported El Comercio on 23 November 2016, citing sources familiar with the project. Following the cancellation of the acquisition of GSP by Sempra LNG (see related transaction), Techint may be seeking another partner to be able to acquire 55% of the GSP project before 23 January 2017, the date when, according to the current contract, the closing of the project's financing should occur. The GSP consortium may also ask the Peruvian government for an extension of the deadline for the closing of the financing of the project.

Techint, desarrolladora argentina de tecnología en el área del petróleo y gas, estaría buscando un socio para adquirir el 55% de Gasoducto Sur Peruano (GSP) a la brasileña Odebrecht, según ha informado El Comercio el 23 de noviembre de 2016, citando fuentes cercanas al proyecto. Tras conocerse la cancelación de la adquisición de GSP por Sempra LNG (ver transacción relacionada), Techint buscaría otro socio para lograr la compra del 55% del proyecto del GSP antes del 23 de enero de 2017, fecha en la que según el contrato vigente, se debería concluir el cierre del financiamiento del mismo. El consorcio GSP evaluaría también pedir una ampliación de plazo al gobierno peruano para el cierre del financiamiento del proyecto.

A Techint, desenvolvedora argentina de tecnologia na área de petróleo e gás, está procurando um sócio para adquirir o 55% da Gasoduto Sur Peruano (GSP) da brasileira Odebrecht, segundo publicou El Comercio dia 23 de novembro de 2016, citando fontes com conhecimentos no projeto. Após o cancelamento da aquisição de GSP pela Sempra LNG (ver transação relacionada), a Techint procura outro sócio para comprar 55% do projeto do GSP antes de 23 de janeiro de 2017, data em que, de acordo com o contrato vigente, deve-se concluir o fechamento do financiamento do projeto. O consórcio GSP também estaria avaliando pedir uma ampliação de prazo para o governo peruano para o fechamento do financiamento do projeto. |
