Tau Cerámica, a Spanish ceramic manufacturer, will sell its factory to Spanish companies Gedesco Finance, Sherpa or Snel Business, or to Spanish private equity firm Sherpa, as reported by newspaper Valencia Plaza on 4 February 2016. Tau Cerámica, currently facing bankruptcy, was forced to sell its production unit, once the judge accepted the sale proposal submitted by the bankruptcy administrator. The deadline to submit acquisition proposals closes on 15 March 2016.

Tau Cerámica, fabricante de cerámica española, venderá su unidad productiva valorada en EUR 11m a las empresas españolas Gedesco Finance o Snel Business, o a la firma de private equity española Sherpa, según ha reportado Valencia Plaza el 4 de febrero de 2016. Tau Cerámica, en concurso de acreedores, está obligada a vender su unidad productiva, tras la aceptación por parte del juez de la propuesta de enajenación del administrador concursal. El plazo para presentar candidaturas a la adquisición cierra el 15 de marzo de 2016. |
