Tahoe Resources (TSX/NYSE:TAHO), a Nevada-based mining company, announced its shares will be de-listed from the the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) given the cost it entails being listed in three stock exhanges, reported Gestión on 11 February, 2016, citing executive president, Kevin McArthur. MacArthur noted the cost of trading in three different exchanges had become excessive, but assured the company will continue its operations in Peru and will retain its offices in Lima. The company added all Peruvian shareholders will retain their shares and will be able to choose to trade them on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

Tahoe Resources (TSX/NYSE:TAHO), minera con sede en Nevada, ha anunciado que sus acciones dejarán de cotizar en la Bolsa de Valores de Lima (BVL) debido al costo que representa cotizar en tres bolsas de valores, ha publicado Gestión el 11 de febrero de 2016, citando al presidente ejecutivo de la empresa, Kevin McArthur. MacArthur ha señalado que el costo de cotizar en tres bolsas diferentes se ha tornado excesivo, pero ha asegurado que la empresa continuará sus operaciones en Perú y mantendrá su oficina en Lima. La empresa ha agregado que todos los accionistas peruanos mantendrán sus acciones y podrán elegir negociarlas en la Bolsa de Valores de Nueva York (NYSE) o en la Bolsa de Valores de Toronto (TSX). |
