Taco Holding, a Mexican management company of restaurants and food brands, is currently analyzing the possible sale of 30% of its shares through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), as published by Bloomberg on 7 April 2016, citing Luis Harvey, the CEO of the company's controller investment fund Nexxus Capital.

Harvey said that banks were not called in to manage the offer. However, several of them have shown interest.

The firm manages brands such as Krispy Kreme, Taco Inn and Sbarro, and it does not rule out a possible acquisition of additional brands in the future.

Taco Holding, empresa mexicana dedicada a la gestión de restaurantes y marcas de alimentos, se encuentra estudiando la venta del 30% de sus acciones a través de una Oferta Pública Inicial (IPO), según ha informado Bloomberg el 7 de abril de 2016, citando al gerente del fondo de inversión propietario de la firma, Nexxus Capital, Luis Harvey.

Harvey ha anunciado que los bancos no han sido llamados para gestionar la oferta. Sin embargo, varios de ellos se han adelantado y han expresado su interés.

La firma, que opera marcas como Krispy Kreme, Taco Inn o Sbarro, podría vender alrededor del 30% de sus acciones en la oferta inicial y no descarta la compra de marcas adicionales posteriormente.
